As many of you will know, last year when our new rock drill bit marketing company stepped into the market, many people thought our high quality and ridiculously low prices was a market penetration tactic; and that we would be raising our prices almost instantly.
We are proud to show you that our prices are in fact sustainable, as shown by how it has been stable for a year.
Unfortunately the annual increases are upon us. The labour increase, raw materials increase and expected electricity increase when joined should be over 20%!
We feel that it is ridiculous and as promised, we will do everything we can to help the market. So we will be absorbing some of that and only increasing between 5-12% depending on the product in question.
We truly are sorry that it has to be done, but in the long scheme of things, if we do not, we will make losses and eventually have to shut down. Though that doesn’t bother some, the pains to our clients and the market will be substantial. We have been the force that has pushed our competitors to offer better pricing, allowing the clients to win.
